We begin with an assessment. Together, we identify your needs and how to support you.

Understand before treating

Obesity care involves more than fat removal

We review your medical history, weight changes, habits and treatments. Tests are selected for each individual patient.

  • Metabolism: blood glucose and lipids.
  • Hormonal assessment: when clinically indicated.
  • Overall health: organ function and safety considerations for a potential procedure.

Protocols and recommendations are explained individually during your care.

Ongoing support

Two aspects we assess separately

Fat and loose skin are not the same

Large fat deposits

Laser Megalipolysis may be part of a body-contouring plan for selected patients. It does not replace clinical obesity treatment.

Loose skin after weight loss

We assess skin elasticity and excess skin. The laser approach aims to support skin tightening in selected cases; responses and limitations are individual.

Small incisions, scars and compression garments: what you should know

Extensive skin removal may be avoided in selected cases, but Megalipolysis uses small incisions and can leave scars. Laser treatment cannot resolve all loose skin. A compression garment is postoperative support prescribed by the team, not a guarantee of skin adherence or a specific result.

As part of clinical care

Nutritional support and Kilates Gold Health

The team may assess TROO FAST and REVEL FAST as supplements to your plan, considering your nutrition, medical history and treatments.

Their use is not automatic and does not replace medication or obesity care. A natural ingredient is not necessarily suitable for everyone.

What do we review before recommending them?

Current formulation, allergies, tolerability and interactions. The supplied TROO FAST label warns that it contains nuts. Additional compounded medications are distinct from supplements and require an individual prescription.

Brief answers to your questions

Do I have to undergo surgery?

No. Your assessment may first recommend clinical care, nutrition or additional tests. Surgery is considered only when indicated.

Does treatment guarantee that all metabolic conditions will resolve?

This cannot be guaranteed. The team reviews the findings, proposes care and coordinates other specialties when necessary.
